Join the St. Louis IFT Chapter at Operation Food Search, 1644 Lotsie Boulevard,  St. Louis, MO 63132 on Thursday, May 9th for a tour of their new state-of-the-art facility,  a surprise hands-on activity and an eye-opening presentation from the leaders in our community who are making a difference in the world with food.

Do not miss this unique opportunity to network with your peers in the industry & learn how you as an IFT member can work towards a common goal for the future.

  • 5:30-6:45 PM CST- Networking/Registration. Beer, wine and appetizers.
  • 6:00-6:45 PM CST- Optional tour of Operation Food Search and hands-on activity.
  • 6:45-8:00 PM CST- Dinner provided by the Syrian cooks from Welcome Neighbor STL Supper Club. Taste yalanji, kubba, fattoush, and more!  Mawda Altayan, from Welcome Neighbor STL Supper Club, and now also an independent caterer, will share her personal story and her cooking skills with a buffet of traditional Syrian food. Proceeds from the Supper Club events directly benefit refugee cooks.
