Description
Join the St. Louis IFT as we initiate the year with our first meeting. Nestle Purina will host us as the students of the University of Missouri – Columbia take us through a tour of several of our food technology companies. Our future food scientists will provide us with their findings and share their experiences as they walk in the footsteps of our fellow IFT members.
We welcome you to support our young scientists in their presentations. Price of admission includes dinner and beverages.
**NEW** this year we will be offering a quick tour of the Purina Institute, a center built to showcase scientific advancements in the realm of pet care, prior to dinner.
Schedule:
5:00 pm- Registration Open (Skylines B, Purina Tower)
5:30 pm- Tour of Purina Institute (Meet at Skylines B)
6:15 pm- Dinner Served
6:45 pm- Student Presentations
